Partner FAQs

How much does it cost to book a performance?

It depends on the size of the ensemble, the length of the program, the date, and the location. After we learn about your event, we send a tailored proposal with a clear quote and no obligation.

How far in advance should we reach out?

The earlier the better, especially for weekends and the holiday season. We can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines, so it is always worth asking.

What do we need to provide?

Usually just the space and chairs. We bring the musicians, music stands, and instruments. If your program includes piano, a well-tuned acoustic piano is ideal; we can advise on alternatives.

Can the program be tailored to our audience?

Yes. We choose repertoire, length, and format for your occasion, whether that is background music for a reception, a short concert with spoken introductions, or an interactive program for children.

Do you perform outside New York City?

Our home is New York City and the tri-state area. For events farther away, get in touch and we will see what is possible.

How are sponsors recognized?

Recognition is agreed together in writing and can include acknowledgment in programs, on stage, on our website and social media, and at the sponsored event.
